The book has more of a dictionary feel than anything else. so, don't buy this one, and if you need your gothic fix you'd have better luck googling Castlevania. There are so many great recipes in here. I feel that the way it was written is a little too technical and the information was very dry. It's better than the gym, better than dinner out, better than almost anything you might have done with the time and money. A wonderful surprise ending to one of the most beautifully written books imaginable.
