Al Ries and Jack Trout are the authors of the seminal marketing classic Positioning. They are also the authors of the best-selling marketing books Bottom-Up Marketing and The 22 Immutable Laws of Marketing. Trout is the coauthor of The New Positioning.
Mr. The only complaint I can conjure up is that the paperback format will force me to purchase another copy when this one begins to fall apart because of overuse. I wondered with all of Mary's false pregnancies and mense troubles if maybe her mood swings were not much to Phillip's amusement. But until now, nothing (that I know of) has been written on the flight of millions of Frenchmen from Paris and other parts of the interior.
The French Government had plans in place to accept and relocate refugees from Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the departments of northern France (eg, the Nord). They all came across as pretty evil thugs and it would have been nice to see a little more humanity in them.
A few scenes did make me cringe in this book; though, interestingly, those were more the ones that left it to my imagination. Fair enough, it is a book on disasters, but it would have been better to provide a more balanced look, perhaps by presenting a series of estimate
