I didn't like this book. It has helped me more than any book I have ever read on the subject.. Somehow, in some lucid episode, I came across this book, and committed to reading it just a half hour a day. I got the 1991 copy written book and had thought that I read it was edited in that edition, but mine was not.. Well done, Herb!. Zizmor.
