I found the book not just useful in alleviating depression; but a well-researched, factual guide to living a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
It is written in a clear, layman-friendly style, and discusses depression's origins, symptoms, and therapies. The writer describes his life in an effortless and insightful manner. Herb Martinez has taken the art and mystery behind pinstriping and brought it down to the level where all can understand how it is done. It reminded me of a Bill Moyers type of interview. I would love to give this book 4 stars simply because of the content. I found Python to be a perfect choice for implementing the code, becoming increasingly popular among engineering faculties. She explains that forgiveness is what helps us detach from the tribe, maneuvers us into individual power, and gets us into present time. Now speak English, learn to like pizza & beer & be a backslapper'.
