According to Detective John Cardinal, the truly diabolical thing about blackflies is their stealthy silence; there is no warning and no chance of a pre-emptive strike. I loved Jace from the very beginning and though I liked Lexi, I found myself wanting more from herBUT when she finally gave more, she did it in a BIG way:
