(he must still have tape one!) Even though I started on tape two, I was able to follow along midstream without difficulty. I'm just in the first 2 chapters, but I was hooked when I started the first sentence. Each book thus far were page turners. There was some quality sections in this book, and that’s what was disappointing, the high quality in some chapters, and the poor quality in others.
I mean overall it is a bit of escapism, the entire purpose for reading, but it could have been a lot better.
I wouldn’t normally pick something like this up (as per a lot of my other reviews), but I was a huge fan of the Newsroom, and for some reason, thought it might have the same appeal.
I hope that if there is another in the series that it isn’t in the first person, and that the dialogue is a bit better, not so day time tv, and with a little more strength to it. If you use contact paper you'll need a very large role or 2 regular size roles.
